While our support workers are out in the community changing lives every day, it takes an extraordinary team behind the scenes to make it all possible. From our Board of Directors providing strong governance, to the teams coordinating care, supporting our staff, managing our finances, marketing our services, and welcoming every phone call with a smile; every role matters, and every contribution makes a difference.

This year's Aged Care Employee Day theme, Everyday Heroes, couldn't be more fitting. Our team shows up every day with compassion, dedication, and a genuine commitment to helping older Australians live the life they choose.

To every member of the Murray Mallee Aged Care Group family, thank you. Your passion, resilience, and care make a difference every single day.
